I've just received an email from Amazon about NCIS Season 3 (Region 2), which I had on pre-order saying that the release date had been delayed. It appears that now it won't be released in the UK until 25th June, 2007.

DVD.co.uk, however, are still showing it as releasing on 5th February, 2007 ( Read more... )

I've just had an email from Play.com informing me that my order for NCIS Season 2 has been dispatched *beams happily*.

I was just browsing the various on-line shops to see if NCIS had made it to any more UK stores and look what I found:

Season Two

It's on pre-order and is down to be released on 4th September. Isn't that great news?

Oddly enough it hasn't appeared on Amazon.com yet.

NCIS is going to be released (on 5th June) on Region 2 DVDs. Which is good news for anyone who can't play Region 1, or indeed simply would prefer R2 discs.

At the moment I can only find it on Play.com and it is more expensive than the R1 set. However, I would hope and expect the price to drop once other on-line stores pick it up.

I personally am rarely bothered with extras on DVDs, but I know that for some people they are essential and they feel cheated if there aren't any.

The NCIS Season One DVDs will have extras. And for once I just might indulge myself. It does appear, however, that the double JAG episode that launched NCIS won't be appearing on the DVDs as previously ( Read more... )
